Need to update your credit card or switch to a new payment method? Here’s what to do — depending on your payment status.
✅ Case 1: Your subscription is active and payment is up to date
You can update your payment method directly from your Billing Portal.
Go to your Billing Portal.
Then click on "Billing Portal".
In the Subscription Menu, check the section “Next payment”, click “Update payment method” to add your new card or change the existing one.
🔐 All transactions are securely managed via Paddle (our payment processor).
⚠️ Case 2: Your payment is past due
Your subscription is still active for a few days, but payment failed.
In this case, you can do the same as Case 1 and update your payment method!
Or follow those instructions if it's not working:
Contact our support team (on the bottom right (purple logo).
We’ll manually send you a secure payment link.
From that link, you’ll be able to update your card and complete the payment.
Once payment is confirmed, your billing cycle resets and your access continues normally.
