What should I do if it says “Content Not Available”?

If you’re experiencing this issue, don’t worry! It simply means your link is turned off. To activate it, you’ll need to turn it back on.

Head over to your deeplink section, locate your link, and check if the indicator on the left is red or green. If it’s red, that’s why it’s inactive.

To activate it, switch the status to green.

If it’s still not working or another link is being turned off, it means you’ve reached your maximum link capacity. To enable more active links, you’ll need to upgrade to the next plan. Click here to learn how to upgrade your plan!
